If there’s anything I enjoy as much as painting, it’s eating. Bubby’s has been an important part of my life as an artist in NYC from the beginning—serving as fuel for both nutrients and social interaction. Lucky for me, we’ve now worked together for many years, selling delicious meals with engaging imagery and showcasing the heart of the restaurant—its kitchen, seasonal specials, and beloved purveyors.
